Someone once said….. that the one of the hardest things one would ever have to do, is to grieve the loss of person who is still alive.
Families of taken children know this feeling so very well.
They experience the ambiguous loss and painful longing for a child that is still alive, child unjustly taken from them.
Grieving for a child that is still alive is a whole different type of heartache.
It feels as their life together have been frozen in time.
And they enter the viscous cycle of living two lives, one pretending that they are just fine, while their heart silently screams in pain; and the other where they are all alone and allow themselves to fall apart.
No parent or grandparent should ever be forced to learn how to live without their children removed link
My question is how is it that the kidnapping is illegal, unless committed by the Government?!
